This notice covers the details you give when you book a table at The Chandos Arms through this website.

Who is responsible
The Chandos Arms is the controller of your booking details. Town Member (Dimension Warriors Limited, registered in England and Wales) runs the booking system on their behalf as a processor, acting only on their instructions.
What we collect and why
Your name, mobile number, the number of people, the day and time, and anything you tell us in the notes, so that we can hold your table and reach you if something changes. Your email address, if you give one, for your confirmation and a reminder the day before. The lawful basis is the booking itself: a contract with you.
Marketing
Only if you tick the box on the form will The Chandos Arms email you about news and offers. The box is never ticked for you, and you can ask them to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
Twelve months after your table, after which your name, number, email and notes are removed and only the numbers (how many people, when) are kept.
Who else sees it
The email is sent through Resend and the data is held by Supabase in Ireland, both under contract to Town Member. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact The Chandos Arms first, or Town Member at contact@townmember.com.
